FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI)
Also known as Pre-Shipment Inspection, It is conducted when the production is 100% completed and at least 80% packed.

Our inspectors would randomly select product samples from the shipment according to the industry recognized MIL-STD-105E sampling method. Then they would perform checks on different aspects of the product to ensure that the quality and quantity conform to your specifications and purchasing order.

FRI gives you a good picture of the whole shipment's quality and condition. As a result, you can then proceed with further instructions to suppliers concerning the shipment.

FACTORY AUDIT (FA)
This service allows you to get an all-round picture of the supplier's manufacturing capabilities before placing an order. Through this assessment, you are ensured that the right supplier would be chosen to manufacture your products.

During the course of audit, the following aspects of the factory are evaluated:

-	Number of employees/ workers in the production line
-	Skill of the workers
-	Availability of different machinery
-	Structure of the factory as well as identification of the owner of the factory
-	Standard social accountability assessments such as Child Labor, Working hours, Disciplinary practices

The list above is not exhaustive. Customers may decide which areas to be assessed (up to 150 checking points) among the main categories below:

-	Quality Assurance Systems
-	Communication and Documentation Control
-	Cleanliness of factory and facilities

On the basis of our report, you may decide whether the factory is suitable for your products and business.

INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK (IPC)
Before the production begins, we will check on the quality of the raw materials and ensure that appropriate production techniques will be used.

IPC will highlight any non-conformity prior to production. You will then be alerted of the steps that are necessary for correction. This is to ensure that potential problems with the finished product can be avoided during production.

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION (DUPRO)
When production is around 25% complete, we will examine the quality of the finished products to ensure that they fulfill your quality specifications.

This prevents delays of shipment by allowing enough time for correction. We would also make sure that possible improvements suggested during the IPC are implemented.

CONTAINER LOADING CHECK (CLC)
It requires our inspectors to be present at the loading site, to check the quantity, markings and carton conditions. This is to ensure that the goods inspected are also the ones being shipped. We will also make sure that the goods are being handled properly during the loading process, and that the containers are in good condition for holding your products.
